• Cut off the black negative terminal from the battery. If you are changing the left-hand side headlamp assembly, then pull out the battery from the engine compartment.
• Unbolt the black plastic lid at the back of headlight. Take out the electrical plug connector by rotating it to the left.
• Release the 2 metal braces that secure the ballast and bulb in place and pull out 2 bolts.
• Reinstall the replacement bulb and ballast, ensuring it is not touching the glass portion of the new bulb.
• Reattach the 2 metal braces. Reinstall the electrical plug connector and turn the black plastic lid to position its place.
• Restore the battery into your vehicle. Reconnect the black negative terminal to the battery, and then close the hood.
